Terms and Conditions of Entry

1. Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

This Promotion is held at Maroochydore Homemaker at 11-55 Maroochy Boulevard, Maroochydore, 4558.

2. The Promotion commences on 30 April, at 6:00am and closes on 11 May, 10pm.
3. To enter the competition each entrant must, during the competition period;
   1. Sign up to the Centre VIP database via website and
   2. Follow the centre Instagram and/or Facebook page and
   3. Tell us on the competition post (on those social media pages) which type of Mum your Mum is and why they’re a Mum who inspires you
4. Multiple entries permitted.
5. The prize is one of $500 Gift Card valued at $500.00.
6. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
7. Winner is selected based on their competition post and they have fulfilled point 3 above.
8. The Prize will be drawn at Maroochydore Homemaker at 11-55 Maroochy Boulevard, Maroochydore, 4558.
9. Winners will be notified in writing via email or direct message in accordance with Promotion terms (“Winners”).
10. The Promoter and the Centre reserve the right to request the Winner provide suitable identification of proof of age and identity prior to awarding a Prize.
11. Entry is only available to persons over 18 years of age.
12. The provisional winner(s) will be notified in writing. A provisional winner will only be deemed a winner once verified by the Promoter.
13. The Promoter and the Centre reserve the right to announce and/or publish the Winners name and/or photograph for publicity purposes.
14. Winners need to be available to collect their prize from Maroochydore Homemaker at 11-55 Maroochy Boulevard, Maroochydore, 4558 between 9am – 4pm, Monday to Friday. Prize must be collected within 28 days.
15. The draw for any unclaimed prizes will take place at the Centre.
16. Entries that are illegible, incomplete or do not comply with these Terms are invalid.
17. The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and claims for Prizes and reserves the right to disqualify an entrant where the entry process has been tampered with.
18. The Promoter is not responsible if the value of the Prizes changes between the date of publication of these Terms and the date the Prizes are awarded.
19. The Promoter may at its absolute discretion, suspend, cancel or recommence the Promotion if (a) for any reason the Promotion is not capable of proceeding as planned; (b) if the Promotion is corrupted or the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion is affected; or (c) if the determination of the winners or delivery of prizes is prevented or hindered by any event outside the Promoter’s control.
20. Except for any liability not excluded by law, entrants release and indemnify the Promoter from and against all actions, claims and liabilities, that the entrant now has or in the future may have against the Promoter for any loss, damage, or injury (including any special or consequential loss) suffered as a direct or indirect result of the entrant’s participation in the Promotion.
21. The Promoter’s decision in relation to this Promotion is final and binding on entrants and the Promoter will not enter into any correspondence.
22. By entering the Promotion, entrants’ consent to their personal information being used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting this Promotion and notifying the Winner. All personal details of the entrant will be stored at the offices of the Promoter. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to that office. The Promoter’s Privacy Policy may be obtained at https://maroochydorehomemakercentre.com.au/privacy-policy/ . The Privacy Policy contains information about how entrants may access and correct their personal information, how entrants can complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles and how the complaint will be handled.
23. The promoter is CBRE (V) A.C.N. 083 694 357 acting as agent for and on behalf of Maroochydore Homemaker at 11-55 Maroochy Boulevard, Maroochydore, 4558 and of A1 Richmond Road, Homebush West, New South Wales 2140, telephone number (03) 9544 6363 (“Promoter”).
24. Officers, employees and immediate families of officers and employees of the Promoter and their related bodies corporate and contractors and any other organisations associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter.
25. There are 4 prizes to be won.
26. A prize winner will win

(1) 1 x$500 Centre Gift Voucher

27. The total value of the Prize is $500.00.
28. The total value of prize pool is $500.00.
29. The Promoter may alter the Prize components at its discretion.
30. Any additional charges incurred by a Winner including travel costs, documentation and insurance, spending money and incidentals are the sole responsibility of the Winner.
31. The Prize must be redeemed by 21 June 2024.
